Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We certainly do for sites only. Please see our Pets Terms and Condition Policy

Q: Can we book tours with you?
A: 100%. Please visit our friendly staff at Reception and they will be able to assist you regarding information, availabilities and make bookings. This is a free service and nearly all tours pick up from Ivanhoe Village.

Q: Do you refill gas bottles?
A: Yes we do, bring your bottles to Reception and we will get them filled. Please ensure the bottles are in good condition and are no more then 10 years old (from manufactures date on the collar)

Q: Do you have big rig sites?
A: Yes we do. There are limited spots, especially during the season (May – September) so please call us to secure a site.

Q: Do you have WiFi?
A: At this stage, no.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, we are apart of the TAWK Membership. We offer up to 5 kids to stay free for the first 2 nights (powered and unpowered sites only). If you would like to join, please click on the link TAWK Membership  This discount does not apply during the Kimberley Moon Festival and only valid for 2 night stay. Membership cards must be shown on arrival. 

Q: We’ve been told Kununurra has alcohol restrictions?
A: Yes, this is correct. To find out more information regarding purchasing alcohol and liquor carriage limits please click on the link Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries

Q: Can we get mail sent to us via Ivanhoe Village?
A: Yes, of course. It can be sent to C/O Guest Name & Mobile Number, Po Box 232, Kununurra, WA 6743. We do recommend express post if possible because snail mail still exists in our town.

Q: Do you offer storage?
A: Yes, we provide an area within our fenced property for you to store your vehicle, caravan trailer etc in our designated storage area. Please note this is not a lockable area. Charges apply. Whilst care is taken, the storage area is provided at guests own risk. 

Q: Can I isolate there?
A: Only if you are travelling in a self contained caravan. We have limited caravan and ensuite sites when isolation occurs. Please do not make a booking online for isolation as this will not be confirmed. You need to email us: reception@ivanhoevillageresort.com with all your personal details and what you are travelling in eg. Caravan, motorhome, Roof Top Tent etc and one of our friendly staff will get in contact with you to confirm the booking. Please know, these bookings must be paid in full before arrival. At this stage, our cabins are NOT available for isolations.

COVID 19 Policy and Info

Kununurra Resorts is continuing to closely monitor the developments and advice provided around COVID-19.

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our main priority during this uncertain crisis time.

We are aware of intentions to lift some restrictions initiated by various state governments and would like to be ready to open our facility with all the health and safety measures in place.

Once operations resume, we need to ensure the Health & Safety of our employees, visitors, and fellow travellers come first.

Hygiene Practices

The health and safety of our guests and staff is always our main priority and we’re taking a number of steps to ensure your continued well-being whilst visiting us. Kununurra Resorts are closely following all advice received from Australian medical authorities, as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO), regarding precautions that are needed to minimize risks concerned with COVID-19.

Kununurra Resorts will maintain a high level of cleaning and hygiene within our facilities and as an extra precaution, we are increasing the cleaning intensity level and frequency within our lodge grounds. Cleaning products, antiseptic will reduce the risk of spreading harmful viruses, algae, molds, and other possibly harmful bacteria and will be used during regular cleaning procedures. We ensure all employees to maintain high hygiene standards at the workplace, including practicing proper hand washing and sanitizing procedures. Hand sanitizer will be available in public areas for use.

Visitors suspected of having COVID-19

If a visitor is unwell or has flu-like symptoms during their stay, they will be isolated from other visitors and staff.  Arrangements will be taken to transport them to the nearest town for medical testing and treatment.

Stay Safe

It is an important thing to avoid catching any virus, so wash your hands and avoid touching your face. It is also advised to use hand sanitizer and cover a cough or sneeze with your arm/elbow.
